A few years ago I was faced with a life-changing decision: Should I retire and work a 9-5 job, or step out on faith and pursue my passion and purpose? I was a certified Master Resilience Trainer and Leadership Coach, and I felt a fulfillment while teaching resilience and facilitating leadership training that I rarely got when doing other work.

Deep down I wanted more than to work for someone else. I didn't want to settle for status quo any longer. I wanted to live life on my terms, so I decided to listen to my intuition and I launched Aspire2GrowHigher LLC., a Leadership and Resilience Training Company. It proved to be the best decision for me as I began transitioning out of the career I'd loved for the past 25 years.

My decision to step out on my own was the best decision I could have made. It has landed me on virtual stages all over the world! I have authored two (2) books, and now I do copywriting, content creation, book writing and editing for other aspiring authors!

I've been blessed to secure contracts with many large corporations such as: The Buffalo Bills, 3M, Toronto Blue Jays, Channel 7, Seneca Resort & Casino, Live Nation and more.
I know first hand what it is like to want something that seems unattainable, but I also know that by making a decision to change my circumstance, I also made a decision to change my life. It proved to be the single most influential decision on my road to success.
